We will target the students through their coaching centres and schools
The marketing team will be responsible for meeting the targeted requirements
Once students start to use our app, we need to maintain their databases
The service team will be involved in making these customers join our Premium
version
After an estimated 2 months, we assume we will meet our target
From then, the service team needs to maintain all the service requirements of
the premium users and complete their requests on time
Depending on the demand, the development and innovation team needs to
constantly bring new features and provides new services
With all these people involved, we can achieve our estimated goal and our app
