services. Therefore, the person behind this company is the most important factor”
A – Ground 1: Startup Challenges & Startup Dream
Duration: 02 months
For who: everyone from students to employee to entrepreneur who don’t run a private
company for longer than 02 years
Partnership: PACE Institute / Misfit / VIASM / Qualcomm / ADATAO / SeeSpace
Communication: Launch group on Facebook / SME Networking & Mentoring / AIESEC / IPL
& all universities including group of SIFE
Before running this ground, we partnership with some Startup Icon in Vietnam to
leverage the Startup spirit & we ask them contributes their challenges for the participants
to solve (sample: Ticket Box / Triip.me / Giaohangnhanh / Tappy / Appota / Mwork / Tiki)
Requirement:
1. Description the current picture about the Global Technology Startup & Companies.
Who are the most movers & shakers and what’s the next future of Startup
2. Choose one of Vietnam Startup icons (on the list provided by program) and propose
the plan to solve the challenges which this Startup is facing.
3. Description the dream Startup products/ Services / Company which participant would
build in the Earth in Vietnam. List down who are the Vietnamese Technology / Business
persons you would want them to work with you to build this company

Rules: Any submission is the Wishlist and we send it to the Board of Judges from
Partnership & the person who participants want to work with in the assignment. All
information of participants will be hidden and the Judgment just read the person through
his/ her assignment to vote for them (The Voice concept). At the end of the ground, we
will choose for the final 20 persons with their assignment
Ground 2: Startup internship workday & workshop in the role of Management
Duration: 01 week
For who: 20 final persons
Partnership: Vietnamese Startup Icon & Vietnamwork gameshow
Communication: partnership with Startup company program. A week working day will be
recorded by camera for viral communication & also judgment reference
Before running this ground, the leader of Vietnamese Startup Icon will choose the
candidate for them. The workday will be designed in the frame same for all. Besides, we
celebrate the Workshop for them with professional institution for Training (IDGVN /
TechinAsia / HSBC / HubIT / Topica & others success Technical board from Google
Singapore/ Microsoft VN/ Facebook Vietnam / Tosy Robotics / FPT)
Requirement:
1. Participant will take a role of management role for a Startup company. Day 1-2: they
will learn from Team Lead. Day 3-4: they will learn from build the customer deal with
Sales team. Day 5-6: they will learn from meeting of board of Management & Investors
2. After working hour, they will join the training courses from Finance / Technology /
Marketing during week. It push them work hard to prove Entrepreneurship
Rules: The candidates will receive the vote from direct Leader & other Judges (now the
Judges just from some person of VC, not Startup Business). We will choose the last 7 final
candidates
Ground 3: MVP Testing & Company Forming
Duration: 01 month
For who: 7 last persons
Partnership: VC from Vietnam to International

Communication: partnership with VC communication plan & some media (Forbes VN/
TechinAsia / Tuoitre / Nhipcaudautu/ Facebook VN)
Before the ground, we will have a Media Conference to announce about 7 last candidates
will go to the last competition for the only 01 highest prizes decided by all Vietnamese
people when they use the MVP of these Startup candidates. The highest prize will have
chance to pitch in the US Startup Accelerator. The ground will be separated from previous
ground at least 01 week for the candidates prepare the plan
Requirement:
1. First week, the candidate will form his/ her team by inviting the best resources from
our Startup Icon & all the advisor & all tech-savvy guys & design & marketing supported
for the program. At the end of week, they must submit the formed-team to go next step.
Poor qualified team will be end by judgment. No more recruitment for team member
after the first week.
2. Next 03 weeks, the team must develop their MVP product at least and post in any
channel they have including official channel of program to recruit users
3. No matter what the business model they run, at the end of month, they must prove the
Judges about Income they have / Users using product
Rules: the best highest candidate win the final prizes must have the balance of 03 matrix
(User using rate / Income / vote from judges). After the prize, we will celebrate the
private meeting for Wining team to pitch to VC and international Startup Accelerator for
Series A ground funding
The Budget: just apply for communication plan (viral format through partnership & social
media & camera recording) & project team cost. The budget is not applied for the prizes.
