9. Therapeutic use of venom
Neurotoxins(Target the central nervous system. )
Treat opium addiction, liver, lung, esophageal and skin
cancers as well as leukemia and arthritis.
Hemotoxins(Target the circulatory system, contain
anti-clotting activity.)
Treat heart attack, severe chest pain.
Cytotoxins(Refers to a substance or process which
results in cell damage or cell death.)
Breast cancer , Ovarian cancer
11. Cure and Medication in Situation
Do it R.I.G.H.T.”
R =Reassure the patient. 70% of all snakebites are from non-
venomous species. Only 50% of bites by venomous species
actually envenomate the patient.
I = Immobilise in the same way as a fractured limb. Use bandages
or cloth to hold the splints, not to block the blood supply or
apply pressure. Do not apply any compression in the form of
tight ligatures, they can be dangerous!
G.H. = Get to Hospital Immediately. Traditional remedies have
NO PROVEN benefit in treating snakebite.
T = Tell the doctor of any systemic symptoms such as ptosis that
manifest on the way to hospital.

should not be heated or killed with out any reason.
Editor's Notes
520 genera,
And its extraction from the fangs and its collection is called as milking of venom. Mostly in liquid form, have different concentrations and have proteins and enzymes composition that can bind in human body and produce adverse results also.
The have venom for their self defense and this is the secondary mechanism. Mostly they use to kill pray,
There are basically three types of snake venom according to its effects
