Smita joined America Online, Bangalore, as a full time in-house trainer. At AOL, she received a 3-month
certification in Communication, Culture and Customer Service.
She has conducted extensive sessions in Accent Neutralization and American Accent training. As an in-
house trainer and Group Training Lead (Voice & Accent), in vCustomer, in 2004, she was heading a small
team of trainers. Since then she has been regularly doing similar programs with several multinational
companies.
