beings have several intelligences. He believes
that understanding these intelligences and
determining how to use these strengths can
help one to become more successful in life.
From his works on Multiple Intelligences, he

  • 10. READ AND LEARN Based on the research work of Dr. Howard Gardner, a noted psychologist, all human beings have several intelligences. He believes that understanding these intelligences and determining how to use these strengths can help one to become more successful in life. From his works on Multiple Intelligences, he proposed nine (9) types of Intelligences.

Enhance it! Uses words and language in written and spoken form; Can interpret and explain ideas and information in many different forms.

LOGICAL – MATHEMATICAL iNTELLIGENCE •Join a Math or Science club; •Participate in activities involving investigative research and discovery of scientific concepts; •Engage in activities related to puzzle solving, brain teasers, and computer training. Enhance it! Mathematician, Economist, Accountant, Auditor, Scientist, Engineer,, Investigator, Computer Programmer Thinks logically; has a keen understanding of numerical and abstract patterns; Uses scientific reasoning in analyzing and solving problems; Performs mathematical calculations well.
  • 16. MUSICAL iNTELLIGENCE •Join choir in the school or community. •Take music lessons •Play musical instruments •Attend musical concerts. •Compose a musical piece. Enhance it! Musical director, composer, singer, pianist, choirmaster, orchestra member, band member Has musical ability, awareness, appreciation of melody and tone; Recognize and is sensitive to tonal and rhythmic patterns.
