This document discusses the history and evolution of smartphones. It begins with an overview of the author's background and credentials in telecommunications. It then covers major technological developments in telephony such as the first telephone demonstrations and exchanges, the development of mobile networks from 2G to 4G, and the rise of smartphones beginning with early devices and the launch of the iPhone. The document argues that while phones today are much more capable than early mobile phones, current smartphones still have limitations and are not fully utilizing new technologies for improvements in areas like voice and video quality, presence capabilities, and intelligent routing.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.

Everyone has one….IT IS SMART MOBILE DEVICE, NOT A SMART PHONE
It took USPTO Only 3 weeks to approve patent application .
telephone exchange was Hungarian TivadarPuskás in 1877 while he was working for Thomas EdisonGeorge W. Coy designed and built the first commercial telephone exchange which opened in New Haven, Connecticut in January, 1878
Strowger's undertaking business was losing clients to a competitor whose telephone-operator wife was intercepting and redirecting everyone who called Strowger - he first conceived his invention in 1888, and patented the automatic telephone exchange in 1891.On March 10, 1891, Almon Brown Strowger, an undertaker in Kansas City, Missouri, patented the stepping switch, a device which led to the automation of telephone circuit switching.
It was short war, but US government was in need to fill up budged holes and looked in new opportunity to collect..They introduced telecom tax – targeting about 200,000 VERY WELTHY users ….War ended quickly, but this tax still in books until today…. Like a phone system…
Yes, even today , major landline phone system are build accordingly to the same principles as 100 years ago….In mid 70, someone with clear hope of soon to be innovation in phone system, invented a term Plain Old Telephone System to describe major phone architecture…But it still a core of TODAY phone services , despite introduction of VoIP, mobile and so on…And nessesityto be backward compatible with POTS , keep all industry from rapid innovation…
