Simple tips
•  Share your passion as often as you can to hone
   your skills: Make it clear to any audience
•  See if people can repeat your story – and what they
   remember.
•  Write your script. Rehearse, rehearse, rehearse
   until it becomes natural.
•  Avoid empty adjectives and buzzwords: Live in
   everybody’s daily life.
•  Listen how customers speak of their problem to
   have the right words.
•  Share your customers’ passion: your story is yours
   when you speak like them – yet better…
