At the time there were more advantages to setting up the
           business regarding responsibilities.

                      How did they get started?
Started sewing window treatments for each other and decided to start
 working out of the house and making window treatments for others.

         How did they finance their purchase of the business?
                    Invested as they went along

                     Why did they start the business?
Looking for a part time business where they could make their own hours
                      and earn some extra money.

      What is the owner’s training or background in the business?
                 Always very creative and liked to sew

How does the company today compare to the company when it started?
              It has slowed down due to the economy.

 Happy customers and plenty of references. Grown by word
                       of mouth.

Seeing how happy people are when they like the work that is
                          done.

Familiarizing one-self with the latest trends and techniques.

That she has to be dependent on others to do well and when
          they mess up it is a reflection upon her.

            Staying on top of the employees.

       If you make a mistake it’s all on your head.
