INTRODUCTION
 Tea stall is a content of small business.
 We made our term paper on the basis of
interviewing 10 tea stall which are situated in
Dhanmondi area.

 Our objective is to understand the
communication of small business. Our main
concern is about small tea stall.

Small business communication
 Tea stalls maintain an easy communication
process.
 There are two ways to collecting foods. They buy
Tea, condensed milk and sugar from any
departmental store on cash.
 And they collect other foods from supplier.

The importance of
communication in small business
 Communication is very important in tea business
that means small business. Because the tea
seller deals with huge amount of people. That
can be customer or supplier.

Methodology
 We individually went to every single tea stall that
we have selected. We want to know the
communication system of tea stalls. So at first
we have selected ten tea stall to take an
interview in Dhanmondi area near ULAB.

Description of interview
 We have selected ten separate tea stall. We
asked them these questions. Their answer was
more or less same.
 It has been observed that the stalls open at
8:30am and stays till 11pm.
 The customer base is mostly students and
executives who take a break from their hectic
schedule during the evening.

Finding and Analysis
 We saw that, tea stall needs a little investment.
And this business doesn’t needs a trade license.
So it’s easy to setup a tea stall for a lower
income people. It’s easy because they buy foods
for sell on credit. They pay the money after sell.
