Over 9 Months, Mentors will Work with SMEs to:
•	Diagnose gaps in L&D
•	Review and enhance internship training plans as
	 well as OJT blueprints for fresh hires
•	Monitor and coach supervisors or managers in
	 training delivery
•	Grow Learning and Development Capabilities
•	Create Quality Internships (SkillsFuture Earn and
	 Learn Programme)
•	Boost Standing as Employer of Choice
•	Support Business Growth
FUNDINGSUPPORT
FOR3YEARS
Which SMEs are Eligible?
•	SMEs with 30% local shareholding
•	Companies with group annual sales of not more
	 than S$100 million OR Companies with group
	 employment size of 200 and below
•	SMEs with basic L&D systems and processes
	 in place
Who are the Mentors?
•	People with deep management and industry
	experience
•	Possess expertise in L&D
•	Interviewed by a panel comprising representatives
	 from industry, IHLs and SPRING Singapore
•	Selected mentors will complete orientation course
	 by Republic Polytechnic

• Interested SMEs can apply directly through the SkillsFuture
Mentors Programme website at www.spring.gov.sg/sfmentors.
For SkillsFuture Mentors
•	Interested candidates can submit their CV via SFMentors@spring.
	 gov.sg. Once shortlisted, candidates will undergo a panel
	 interview. Selected mentors have to undergo an orientation course
	 before they are matched with the SMEs.
