The Technology at Work The Appraisal QPM (AQPM) score is a learning algorithm, powered by Microsoft Azure, which as more loans are scored becomes more accurate. AQPM leverages data and analytics to score each appraisal order, at each stage of the process, from the time the order is assigned to when it is completed. NAN's True Cost is dropping, which means clients pay less. A Few Good Stats Turn Times dropped 10.5% in Q1 compared with the previous quarter. The percentage of files returned to NAN from the client with underwriting conditions in Q1, down from 23% in Q4, and well below the industry average of 35%.
