Capacity Building of single school teacher
To equip one teacher school teachers with necessary
knowledge, skills and attitude who could provide children in
Multi-grade teaching with an optimal learning experience.
Goal
At the end of the program, teachers will be able to
 Apprise of and committed to the goals of Multi-grade Teaching
 Demonstrate understanding of Multi-grade curriculum design, classroom teaching and
management, low cast material preparation and evaluation.
 Differentiate Multi-grade Teaching and single grade teaching strategies
 Appreciate on room on teacher school as a social organization
 Design a Multi-grade teaching resources.

Each Guide teacher has 12 to 13 schools/teachers,
