This document outlines a project called SIMTEGR8 that was awarded £100k by Loughborough University to develop a computer simulation model to evaluate ways to reduce emergency admissions to hospitals through new integrated interventions. The purpose is to understand the current patient pathway and develop a simulation to evaluate how admissions can be reduced. A workshop was held with stakeholders to discuss the patient journey, current service summary, and computer simulation.
