The 'Atonu' project aims to enhance nutritional outcomes in smallholder farming families in Ethiopia, Nigeria, Tanzania, and Ghana/Uganda by integrating nutrition-sensitive agricultural practices. This initiative addresses the high rates of malnutrition in sub-Saharan Africa by providing technical assistance, developing tailored interventions, and promoting policy changes that prioritize nutrition in agricultural investments. Key target groups include women of child-bearing age and children within the first 1,000 days of life, focusing on evidence-based practices to improve food production and health outcomes.
