Team SilverLining proposes the project Kushal Yuva Sena to enhance the skill sets of Indian youth and empower them for a bright future. The project will build an army of likeminded people in specific professions by providing quality training from industry experts, real-time internships, live projects, and incentives. This will boost skills and reduce unemployment, crimes, and frustration among youth. The project will be executed in three stages - village/district level focusing on fundamental skills like agriculture, city level helping unemployed youth pursue entrepreneurship, and state level supporting innovative ideas from underprivileged youth.

The Project, Kushal Yuva Sena, as the name suggests is the idea behind enhancing skill sets of the Indian
Youth and empowering them for a bright future. As we all know in a developing nation like India,
education plays a major factor in the success of our country as we need qualified and we read people to
handle the overall development of the nation, but this only comes out of on field experience quality
education and a mature understanding of the day to day happenings. No doubt our primary and secondary
education is considered to be the best around the world, it is not enough to make an individual,
Independent in his future. This is where skill set is the essential requirement that comes into picture.
The Idea
India is a land of diversified population of various socio and economic classes, each one of its citizen has
a different dream, in their own capacity but not everyone has the resources to turn those dreams to
reality. This is where Kushal Yuva Sena lends a helping hand.
The entire concept is to build an army of likeminded people in one particular profession and help them
come together, learn the required skills, stay updated with the time and trends in this era of globalization,
and eventually progress on a higher scale than what they would end up doing in their small towns or
villages for a handful of people.
Statistics and research has shown that there are many people in the country who cannot afford proper
graduate level education or are avoiding it due to several reasons like fear of exams, un-interesting
subjects and much more, here at KYS there is nothing to worry about.
Every student is free to express his/her desire, hobby & passion that he wishes to pursue, we will be happy
to hear how thinks of growing his skills, network and eventually the disposal of his skills and talent at the
right place.
Providing quality training from Industry experts, real time internships, live projects and luring incentives
will ensure that the participants stay focused on to their goals.
The Reason
Skillset Boosting is not only the solution to employment of our country’s youth, but is also the means of
reducing if not eliminating the level of crimes and other hostile activities that are a result of this frustrated
youth.
People currently who are jobless are continuously pestered upon by their peers and relatives to do
something fruitful in their lives, which leads to mounting frustration to succeed, earn money, live life like
the rich and much more. All of this is clearly seen in today’s scenario with ever increasing numbers of
Rapes, Robberies, and Kidnappings etc. Thus directing the destructive mindset to a constructive
environment will ensure that their minds, bodies and souls stay pure, focused and respect opposite sexes.

When the people will be happy and satisfied from within, many external factors of bringing temporary
relief to pain like, Drugs, Smoking, and Liquor etc. will also prove to be useless.
Thus we see KYS as not only a skill set boosting program but an overall Lifestlye improvement program
for the country.
The Execution
KYS- Kushal Yuva Sena Program will be executed in 3 Major stages namely, Village District Level, City
Level, and State Level.
As Part of the research, the KYS team will identify most practical economic and trade activities that are
successful in the current trends and which can be improvised with the help of proper skillset
implementation.
These areas of interest will be presented to the youth of the region to gain the Interest ration and also
identify other ideas and interests that the current generation possesses.
Based on the statistics on Level 1 – Programs will be designed to help Industry experts come down to the
region and provide hands on practical training in the respective fields.
Village/District Level Skill Sets shall mainly focus on our countries fundamental businesses like –
Agriculture, Fishing, Ayurveda, etc. which are being practiced with traditional and ancestral
methodologies.
Level 2 – City Level youth that is un-employed will be surveyed to figure out the reasons for which they
have not been able to complete former education in spite of being in reach of all modern facilities.
After understanding of reasons like, financial problems, repeated academic failure etc. we shall focus on
bringing out the entrepreneurship spirit within them. Give wings to their broken business ideas, Connect
them to their dream industry mentors and help them gain on hand live experience and skills that will help
them grow.
Level 3 – State Level, there are times when the biggest of the ideas come out of a small shanty in the
backyard of your neighborhood, and its real as these are the people that are devoid of most of the
comforts and luxuries of life that they are forced to think of ways and means that will improve their
situations and make them livable. Such big ideas are held back due to small obstacles like lack of funding
and expert advice. To these self-learned and self-bred miniature versions of Steve Jobs, KYS will play the
Guardian Angel. Helping out to them in all ways and means, be it providing the technical training, funding,
help in launching their business or brand everything that could bring about growth in the society and
themselves will be ensured.

Team Kushal Yuva Sena Presents this idea with high hopes to be able to serve the society, being graduates
in engineers in the running year, our team is a vibrant collection of spirit, knowledge, maturity and
willingness to contribute. Being witness to the diversified situations going on in the country in all fields be
it educational or social, we are aware and easily relate to the root causes behind them.
Being the direct peers of the target audience in this project our commitment and amicability will ensure
that the message being passed on will be taken in good stride and together we shall build a nation of not
just a large Population but a nation with the largest accumulation of skill set. This will eventually lead to a
progressing environment, reduce brain drain, bring prosperity in the country and improve livelihood.
Team KYS Salutes the Spirit of Today’s Youth to fight for their rights, stand firm on grounds that they feel
are right and are willing to strive hard to direct this mammoth source of energy, dedication and strength
to the right path and bring about the change what we all would like to see in ourselves.
