major issue is because we the youth of
nation, are the building blocks of India
in almost every aspect. We have done
some surveys and found out that some
techniques which when followed will
surely boost the employability
amongst the youth.

Identifying their NEEDS
 Gathering relevant information of the
youth’s own perception or in known
English NEEDS.
 Analysing the main causes of youth
un(der)employment in a country or
community, including through
informal processes such as collecting
youth statements and through
interview based on the listed customs
to the right(AGE,EDUCATION,RACE).
 Based on the evidence available,
organisations can pinpoint specific
employment related needs of their
membership or the communities in
which they operate through a local
“situation analysis”. This can be
carried out through a combination of
national surveys for youth.
Creating EDUCATION
 Implementing a clear ideas about
employment like developing their
skills(in which they are best) in forms
of E-D-U-C-A-T-I-O-N.
 From clad to core each and
everything must be precise.
 Voluntary participation, a concern
with learning, voluntary participation
and focus on the life of the
association would be a good primitive
ways of employment education one
can give.
 Based on one’s capability power, the
terms or conditions of teaching
technical skills may be increased.

• In today’s tight job market many youth dream of being self-
employed. Furthermore, youth run businesses can make
tremendous contributions to economic development.
• Young people who wish to set themselves up in business face
significant regulatory, financial and cultural challenges in
many parts of the world.

• Today’s youth are the best-educated generation ever, yet they
make up nearly half the world’s jobless population.
• Employers are increasingly requiring that job seekers have
both strong academic backgrounds and practical labour
market skills which will enable them to quickly adapt to a
workplace environment and a unique society.

 Generally everyone consider that
men are little tougher than women,
but I negotiate it as I think women are
working and competing the most in
today’s life.
 In many countries, girls are not
getting the same education and skills
training opportunities as boys. Young
women also have greater difficulties
than young men in entering and
staying in the world of work.
 By identifying labour gaps and
demands for employment for
vulnerable groups through labour
market analysis can show equality.

Identifying their NEEDS  Gathering relevant information of the youth’s own perception or in known English NEEDS.  Analysing the main causes of youth un(der)employment in a country or community, including through informal processes such as collecting youth statements and through interview based on the listed customs to the right(AGE,EDUCATION,RACE).  Based on the evidence available, organisations can pinpoint specific employment related needs of their membership or the communities in which they operate through a local “situation analysis”. This can be carried out through a combination of national surveys for youth.

Creating EDUCATION  Implementing a clear ideas about employment like developing their skills(in which they are best) in forms of E-D-U-C-A-T-I-O-N.  From clad to core each and everything must be precise.  Voluntary participation, a concern with learning, voluntary participation and focus on the life of the association would be a good primitive ways of employment education one can give.  Based on one’s capability power, the terms or conditions of teaching technical skills may be increased.

Furthermore, youth run businesses can make tremendous contributions to economic development. • Young people who wish to set themselves up in business face significant regulatory, financial and cultural challenges in many parts of the world.
