3. The Challenge
• All entrepreneurs will first need to register and
pass the Founder Institute proprietary Predictive
Admissions Test and submit their idea for a new
innovative smartphone-connected device using
the latest SignalGeneriX IoT hardware platform
• The top 3 entrepreneurs with the best idea will
be offered a full scholarship by SignalGeneriX to
attend the Founder Institute
• SignalGeneriX will provide all hardware
components, software libraries and technical
assistance needed to turn their idea into a
functional prototype
• Upon graduation from the Founder Institute,
entrepreneurs will have to pitch their idea to a
judging panel
• The winner will receive an investment of up to
€50,000 in services and cash to build their new
startup in partnership with SignalGeneriX

It is estimated that by 2019, the Internet of Things will be the largest device market
in the world, doubling the size of the smartphone, PC, tablet, connected car, and
wearable market combined

5. The Technology
The SignaGeneriX IoT technology includes:
• A 27x17mm multisensor platform featuring:
- Low power Bluetooth 4.0 chip with embedded
user programmable processor
- Relative humidity, ambient temperature, skin
temperature, accelerometer, magnetometer,
gyroscope, heart beat sensor, ambient light and UV
sensors on board.
- I2C and SPI sensor interfaces for integration of
a wide range of additional sensors
- Intelligent powering module
• Low-level embedded software library
• Android Sensor Data Acquisition & Management

investment for up to 30% equity in the new
startup:
• Legal costs for new company formation
• 12 months incubation at the SignalGeneriX
Innovation Hub in Limassol
• Full access and usage of the company’s state-
of-the-art R&D Lab and Rapid Prototyping
facilities
• Unlimited usage of SignalGeneriX IoT
hardware platform and software libraries
• Full commercial product design and
manufacturing
• Full technical, business and marketing
