3. Projects In which worked so far:-
Project Name - Ajinkya: - In this project we just did reverse engineering of a product that Is ISBe
6.7L engine and we made it LCCR (Low Cost Common Rail) engine, in this we Localized Most of
Parts and we just developed an electronically controlled low cost common Rail system in 5.9L
Platform.
Project Name - Arth: - In this project we were developed 2 new ratings of G4 Gensets where first
one is 74kW@1500RPM and another 82.5kW@1500RPM, in this my core responsibility is to get it
certified for CPCB2 E-norms (Development and type approval test) From ARAI.
Project Name - Clone: - In this project we done certificate extension test as per European Power
Gen E-norms and their standards for export of 7 No’s Genset ratings (QSLe9, 8.9L -Quantum System
L Series Engine, G7 and G5 and QSBe7, 6.7L- G7, G5, G4 & G3) @ ARAI in the presence of
European Certificate agency (VCA-Vehicle Certification Agency)
Project Name - New Recipe (Field issues in BS III mechanical engines):- In this Project we worked
on oil thickening issue, because of this problem engine was getting more Heat than Its limit (Field
Complaint), we provided some dimensional based changes to engine and got resolution.
