 First rate customer satisfaction providing open communication, concise reporting / up to date notification
supporting customers and pipelines with all natural gas scheduling activities (nominations, confirmations,
paybacks, discrepancy resolution, imbalances i.e.).
 Capable of managing interactions with a wide range of internal and external personnel to remain abreast
of pertinent information including but not limited to capacity constraints, maintenance, imbalances,
volume variances.
 Ensure reliable measurement data for physical receipts; monitor, review and complete daily SCADA
exports and downloads into Company system.
 Maintain consistently balanced pipeline through bi-weekly calculating pipeline's position; gain, loss, and
line pack as well as shipper's imbalance, flow, fuel, shrink, and Btu factor. Generate, and distribute
reports to shippers, plant accounting, operations, and business development.
 Input gas analysis into system throughout the month for accurate volumetric calculations.
 Monitor, track, and distribute propane and ethane reports for pipeline volumes and targets to appropriate
parties.
 Facilitate back office through timely preparation of volume reporting, imbalance approval for monthly
settlements.
 On-call rotation for evenings and weekends.
