3. SHAREIST is a tool to create

9. GETTING STARTED

10. Go to www.shareist.com.

11. Click Get Started.

12. Type your email address.

13. Type your username.

14. Type your password and press
Enter .

15. You are now in the global
dashboard.

16. PROJECTS

17. In SHAREIST, a project can be
a website or blog.

18. For multiple websites or blogs,
you can have multiple
projects.

19. A project can also be just a
topic.

20. A project also holds content
for each client.

21. CREATE A PROJECT

22. Click CREATE A PROJECT.

23. You are now in the Add New
Project page.

24. Name your project.

25. Provide a shortname for your
project.

26. A project shortname is the
website or subdomain for your
project.

27. You can use the project
subdomain as a website.

28. Supply key words that
describe your project.

29. Key words help SHAREIST
gather content for your
project.

30. Click Create project now.

31. You are now in the project
dashboard.

32. The project name is shown on
the upper left.

33. Click on the project name
then dashboard.

34. This takes you back to the
global dashboard.

35. You can see the project you
just created.

36. Click the project name to go
back to the project
dashboard.

37. CONNECT ACCOUNTS

38. In the project dashboard,
there are various ways to
connect accounts.

39. Clicking any of these
highlighted areas…

40. …will bring you here.

41. Click Add new Twitter account
or the + sign.

42. Enter Twitter login details.

43. Click Authorize app.

44. Wait for a few moments.

45. Your Twitter account is now
connected.

46. INBOX

47. Any type of content for your
project is stored in the inbox.

48. Click Inbox.

49. Click CAPTURE TO INBOX.

50. Click Add to Inbox.

51. Click Advanced capture.

52. These types of content can be
added.

53. Add text and click SAVE.

54. Click Close or X or TILE
STICKERS inbox.

55. The text has been added to
the inbox.

56. Add an image in several ways.

57. Click Upload from computer.

58. Select image and press Enter 
or Open.

59. Wait for the image to upload.

60. Click SAVE.

61. Click Close or X or TILE
STICKERS inbox.

62. The image has been added to
the inbox.

63. Add a video in 2 ways.

64. Paste the URL and click
CONTINUE.

65. Click Save.

66. Click Close or X or TILE
STICKERS inbox.

67. The video has been added to
the inbox.

68. BOOKMARKLET

69. Bookmarklets allow you to
capture web pages.

70. Click Install Bookmarklet.

71. Drag the icon into the
bookmarks bar.

72. This is for Safari, Fox, and
Chrome browsers.

73. You may also click Install
Chrome Extension.

74. Click ADD TO CHROME.

75. Click Add extension.

76. The Chrome extension is now
installed.

77. From a web page, click the
bookmarklet.

78. Click Quick add to inbox.

79. You may add notes before
clicking Save.

80. Click Close.

81. The web page is now in your
inbox.

82. There’s a different set of
instructions for Internet
Explorer.

83. RESEARCH

84. Research is another way to put
content into your inbox.

85. In the Research tab, click RSS
Feeds.

86. Content related to your project
can be seen here.

87. Click Save to inbox for items you
find relevant.

88. SHARE & SCHEDULE CONTENT

89. Content will come from the
inbox.

90. It can be one item or a
combination of items.

91. Click an item you want to share.

92. Click Actions.

93. In Quick share, you can do the
following.

94. Be sure that Share now is
displayed.

95. Click Share.

96. And you’re Done!

97. Your post has been successfully
shared to Twitter.

98. Click Advanced share or Quick
share.

99. In Advanced share, you can
do the following.

100. SCHEDULE POSTS

101. Choose the date and time.

102. Click the account/s where you
want to share your post.

103. Click Done.

104. Click Post.

105. Your post has been scheduled
for a later date.

106. CALENDAR

107. Click Calendar.

108. Here, you will see posts shared…

109. or scheduled for a later date.
