The Coca-Cola Share a Coke campaign began in 2013, replacing the company's logo with names to personalize bottles and encourage sharing. The idea originated from Coke's Sydney marketing team in 2011. The campaign has been hugely successful, with over 150 million personalized bottles sold globally and 730,000 customized through an e-commerce store. It has expanded to over 70 countries and included thousands of names on bottles in 2014.
