A. Use DepEd Account
(make sure to utilize MS Office 365, 64-bit version)
-licensed platform which can be used in multiple devices
-Sign in to your DepEd account and install MS Office apps
(Excel, PPT, Word, and others)
- If NOT sure on how to do it, ask assistance from your ITO.

B. Gather all DATA ELEMENTS needed.
Other than the Basic Data needed in accomplishing SF7,
the following additions shall be prepared beforehand:
a. Enrollment (BoSY/LIS Enrollment Quick Count)
b. No. of Instructional Rooms (EBEIS)
c. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
d. Degree Finished (Baccalaureate/ Post-Graduate)
e. Major of Specialization, and Minor (if any)
f. Post-Graduate Degree Finished
g. Religion
h. Ethnic Group

C. Prepare the class schedule for each teaching personnel and the
consolidated school program. Ensure that both are duly validated and
signed by the PSDS or personnel assigned to perform this task.

2.4 Management of Staff, it is the
duty of the School Head to, “Manage
staffing such as teaching load
distribution and grade level and
subject area assignment in adherence
to laws, policies, guidelines and
issuances based on the needs of the
school.”
Under the PPSS, Domain 1, Strand
1.1 Managing Curriculum
Implementation, it is the duty of the
Supervisor to, “Support the
curriculum implementation through the
management of programs, projects,
and activities aligned with curriculum
standards.”

***Name Extension must be consistent with the
personnel’s PSA record/birth certificate.
(i.e. If Name Extension appears after the Last Name,

information of ALL school
personnel.
Repeat the steps from adding personnel, inputting personal
info, and encoding all Teaching and Ancillary task
assignments (STEP 5-32).

Use DepEd Account (make sure to utilize MS Office 365, 64-bit version) -licensed platform which can be used in multiple devices -Sign in to your DepEd account and install MS Office apps (Excel, PPT, Word, and others) - If NOT sure on how to do it, ask assistance from your ITO.   • 7. B. Gather all DATA ELEMENTS needed. Other than the Basic Data needed in accomplishing SF7, the following additions shall be prepared beforehand: a. Enrollment (BoSY/LIS Enrollment Quick Count) b. No. of Instructional Rooms (EBEIS) c. Tax Identification Number (TIN) d. Degree Finished (Baccalaureate/ Post-Graduate) e. Major of Specialization, and Minor (if any) f. Post-Graduate Degree Finished g. Religion h. Ethnic Group Pre-Requisites in Accomplishing eSF7 Tool
  • 8. B. Gather all DATA ELEMENTS needed. Other than the Basic Data needed in accomplishing SF7, the following additions shall be prepared beforehand: i. Birth Date j. Date of First Day of Service (Appointment Paper/ COS) k. Date of First Day of Service (New Station) l. PhilSys (National ID) Number m. Eligibility Pre-Requisites in Accomplishing eSF7 Tool
  • 9. C. Prepare the class schedule for each teaching personnel and the consolidated school program. Ensure that both are duly validated and signed by the PSDS or personnel assigned to perform this task. Pre-Requisites in Accomplishing eSF7 Tool Under the PPSSH, Domain 2, Strand 2.4 Management of Staff, it is the duty of the School Head to, “Manage staffing such as teaching load distribution and grade level and subject area assignment in adherence to laws, policies, guidelines and issuances based on the needs of the school.” Under the PPSS, Domain 1, Strand 1.1 Managing Curriculum Implementation, it is the duty of the Supervisor to, “Support the curriculum implementation through the management of programs, projects, and activities aligned with curriculum standards.”

  • 21. Ensure to unblock the Macros: In the GENERAL tab, tick the UNBLOC K box, click APPLY and then click OK Note: Depending on the user’s Excel PROPERTIES’ setting, some might not need to unblock Macros. 1 2 3 4
  • 23. 1. Select the USERFORM sheet and click ENABLE EDITING after opening the file to continue.
  • 24. NOTE: Placing the cursor on Cell A1 will show the General Information about the tool (Capacity, Special Features, etc.)

IMPORTANT: Ensure consistency of the encoded School data to the reported data on Basic Education Information System (BEIS). How to input Data Elements: School ID – Input/encode Region – Dropdown list Municipality – Dropdown list

IMPORTANT: Ensure consistency of the encoded School data to the reported data on Basic Education Information System (BEIS). How to input Data Elements: Division – Dropdown list District – Input/encode Start of School Year – input/encode End of the SY (automatic)

IMPORTANT: Ensure consistency of the encoded School data to the reported data on Basic Education Information System (BEIS). How to input Data Elements: School Name – Input/Encode No. of Enrollment – Input/encode No. of Instructional Rooms – Input/encode
  • 28. 3. After completing the SCHOOL INFO part, click PROCEE D to save. NOTE: All data fields must be filled out before proceeding to the next part.

Input the required information in the ADD PERSONNEL portio n IMPORTANT REMINDERS: *TIN must be the first nine (9) digits only do not include the last three zeros (000) **If the TIN is not applicable/unavailable, follow this format: 6-digit school ID + 3-digit sequence ID Example: 120015001 (This portion is the unique identifier of the personnel) IMPORTANT REMINDERS: ***Name Extension must be consistent with the personnel’s PSA record/birth certificate. (i.e. If Name Extension appears after the Last Name, put it after the Last Name)
  • 32. 7. To complete the information of the added personnel, SELECT/TYPE the Name of the personnel in the SEARCH A PERSONNEL portion. After that, click SEARCH BUTTON.
  • 33. NOTE: This prompt will appear after selecting the name of the personnel . CLICK OK
  • 34. 8. Accomplish the PERSONAL INFO of the personnel by selecting the appropriate/applicable option in the dropdown list.*For SEX., Select from the drop-down list.

For the BIRTHDATE, DATE OF FIRST DAY OF SERVICE, and DATE OF FIRST DAY OF SERVICE (NEW STATION): You may either use the ff: CLICK TO PICK A DATE button (a) to select the date being asked; OR (b) Use the DROPDOWN LIST for the MONTH and DAY and ENCODE the YEAR. *DATE OF FIRST DAY OF SERVICE is the APPOINTMENT DATE of the personnel. **If the personnel was never transferred, the DATE OF FIRST DAY OF SERVICE, and DATE OF FIRST DAY
  • 48. 22. Input the PhilSys ID/National ID Number. Leave it blank if unavailable. NOTE: Input the 16 digits excluding dash (-). If NOT yet available, just leave it blank.
  • 49. 23. Select theEligibilit y of the personnel. NOTE: N/A, shall refer to other eligibility not found on the list/no eligibility required.
  • 50. Click the SAVE EDITED button. NOTE: Make it a practice to click the SAVE EDITED button from time to time, making sure that what is inputted/ encoded/ selected is being saved.
  • 51. 24 . After filling in the required fields in the PERSONAL INFO, proceed to th e SUBJECT TAUGHT/ADVISORY/ANCILLARY [tasks] portion
