Communication
The word communication has been derived from the
Latin word “communis” meaning “common”.
Its historical perspective is that people interact among
themselves or within their own thoughts when comes to a
common point of agreement or view is called
communication.
According to oxford concise dictionary, communication
means conveying information.

Communication
Communication is central to business and personal interactions – it
is how we exchange information, understand one another's
viewpoints, and plan and execute our activities.
The 7Cs of Communication are a useful way to help ensure that you
create high-quality communication, both for written as well as
verbal communications.
It is a highly quoted and referenced concept in business
communication and several different variations of the 7Cs lists have
been developed and modified over the years. However, the original
7Cs of communication is considered by many to be one of
the fundamental commandments of good business communication.

Be clear: have a definite purpose for writing
and make sure it is clearly communicated
upfront. Be bold and connect quickly. In the
midst of the typhoon, we needed to be clear
on our commands or risk-averse reactions to
the sea.

facing transportation problems. To solve it,
at least two new points/buses are required.
In addition, the students of the computer
science department need 25 new computers
for the lab and the students of Business
Administration need books for accounting
and marketing.

ability to hear.

•Be considerate: keep your reader's
needs in mind as you write. Ask yourself,
'Why should my reader spend time
reading this?' Make it worthwhile for
them to do so! We were motivated to
survive, to listen, and to act.
6. Consideration
The first thing you should consider when you
start to write your manuscript is your
audience.
Before you put words to a paper, before you
choose keywords or a title, before you even
finalize your methods and results section,
think about the people whom you would like
to read your work.
For example, the interaction of political
leaders with the public is mainly describing
the needs and problems of the people, which
are directly influencing the targeted group of
people and plays an emotional part in it. This
can actually convert normal communication
into an effective one.
Consideration
•Be courteous
•A polite word can play a prominent role in
resolving the dispute(s) among people. Therefore,
understanding the mentality of recipients of
information and their feelings towards the intended
interaction is very important for effective
communication. It creates a long-lasting effect even
if there is a difference of opinion between
communicating people or organizations.
7. Courtesy
•For example, despite of cultural differences,
communication between people belonging to
different ethnic groups can remain fruitful by
avoiding derogatory remarks about each
other.

• Dear Masky,
• I wanted to talk about the video editing ideas we sort of
planned out the other day. Don’t you think it would make a lot
of sense to also add additional elements to the videos? I
mean, I think that would sort of improve the quality of the
videos as well as have a stronger impact on the client’s
message.
• For instance, we could add a dissolve transition to each
movie, which would then give it a seamless flow. This would
then make the video cleaner and be more appealing in the
minds of the people. The impact would just be a lot greater.
This makes a lot more sense according to me.

  • 3. Communication The word communication has been derived from the Latin word “communis” meaning “common”. Its historical perspective is that people interact among themselves or within their own thoughts when comes to a common point of agreement or view is called communication.   • 4. Communication Communication is central to business and personal interactions – it is how we exchange information, understand one another's viewpoints, and plan and execute our activities. The 7Cs of Communication are a useful way to help ensure that you create high-quality communication, both for written as well as verbal communications. It is a highly quoted and referenced concept in business communication and several different variations of the 7Cs lists have been developed and modified over the years.   • 33. The first thing you should consider when you start to write your manuscript is your audience. Before you put words to a paper, before you choose keywords or a title, before you even finalize your methods and results section, think about the people whom you would like to read your work.

For example, the interaction of political leaders with the public is mainly describing the needs and problems of the people, which are directly influencing the targeted group of people and plays an emotional part in it. This can actually convert normal communication into an effective one. Consideration
  • 35. •Be courteous •A polite word can play a prominent role in resolving the dispute(s) among people. Therefore, understanding the mentality of recipients of information and their feelings towards the intended interaction is very important for effective communication. It creates a long-lasting effect even if there is a difference of opinion between communicating people or organizations. 7. Courtesy

Don’t you think it would make a lot of sense to also add additional elements to the videos? I mean, I think that would sort of improve the quality of the videos as well as have a stronger impact on the client’s message. • For instance, we could add a dissolve transition to each movie, which would then give it a seamless flow. This would then make the video cleaner and be more appealing in the minds of the people. The impact would just be a lot greater.
