SettingsTM is a planning philosophy and workspace design concept that aims to create flexible, efficient, and cost-effective work environments. It segments workspaces into five activity types - Work, Share, Show, Source, and Refresh - to support different tasks. This approach allows environments to be easily changed with minimum disruption and cost. SettingsTM provides a series of locations equipped for the task being carried out. The goal is to enhance collaboration, health and welfare, engage and retain staff, optimize property usage, and act as a catalyst for change.
