اختراق هذه المؤسسات الثلاث (الحزب – الفساد – الادارة -) التي ذكرتها مهمة صعبة تنتظرسيادة الرئيس بشار الأسد وتنتظر مجلس الشعب ايضا، لكني أؤمن مخلصاً وصريحاً بأن التحدي الأكبر لهذا الشاب المتحمس لخدمة بلده ونظامه هو في قدرته على تشكيل قاعدة شبابية شعبية له اعرض وأوسع من الأطر والقواعد التي اعتمدها النظام إلى الآن .

3. Syfte och frågeställningar
Öka kunskapen om hur olika typer av
vägbeläggningar påverkar bränsleförbrukning.
I detta specifika fall undersöks detta längs E4
utanför Uppsala där motorvägen är här belagd
med två olika beläggningstyper som slitlager,
asfalt och betong.
Undersöka eventuella skillnaders giltighet i ett
större sammanhang, dvs. vad skillnader beror
på och var de kan förväntas finnas.

13. Slutsatser
Betongbeläggningen norr om Uppsala ger upphov till ca.
1 % lägre bränsleförbrukning i jämförelse med
angränsande asfaltbeläggning
Skillnad beror på variation i ytstruktur
Bränslemodellen VETO approximerar skillnad i
förbrukning mellan de två beläggningarna
tillfredsställande.
Utifrån ytstruktursdata beräknas skillnad i
bränsleförbrukning mellan betong och angränsande asfalt
uppgå till 4 % utanför Falkenberg. Detta behöver
bekräftas med mätningar.
Resultaten kommer att publiceras som VTI notat 31:2008
inom kort.
