Objective
 Sastha products wants to promote one of its brands in

Madurai city. And our target is to focus 75 apartments,300
Shops & 1,50,000 Homes in Madurai city.

 We can promote the brand in different modes like,

* Apartment Activities
* Shop & Market Activities
* Door to Door Activities
* Printing Items
* Indoor Activity
* Outdoor Activity
Apartment Activities
 A list of Apartments will be selected across Madurai.

Our promoter will meet concerned person & explaining
the features of the product along with the sample pack.
 Apartment activity will include distributing of handbills
to each and every apartment with the help of promoters.
 Apartment activity will help us to track the repeat
purchase of the product. During the course of activity
the target audience will fill a response form.
Shop & Market Activities
 Our ad inn will conduct shop & market activity in

weekly twice.
 The separate stall will be prepared either like
Aluminum octernum stall, Shamiana stall or Metal
Sheets based upon the client requirement.
 Stall will be manned by one promoter who will interact with

the visitors to the stall.

 Promoter at the stall will distribute a coupon to the

consumer having the name of the dealers and the outlets
where he can use the coupon. This coupon can carry a
free offer for studs for every 1 liter sastha oil purchase.
Door to Door Activity
 The target of this door to door activity is to cover 1,50,000

homes.
 In each home our female promoter will interact with the girls or
ladies & distribute the handbill to know what product they use
often.
 This handbill will carry the information about the product and the
offer. It should be attractive and at the same time make the
consumer to do the purchase decision.
Printing Items
 It refers to the printing the product name, logo on Handbill, Bag,

Cap, Coat, Standee and Tata ace vehicle.
 This helps to gather the attention of the general public and create
an awareness about the product .
 These materials will be handled only by our promoters.
Indoor Activities
 Indoor activities is mainly focused to educate the product to

the general public via FM, TV, Press media.
 Ad inn will do the survey among the peoples to know the
repeat purchase of the particular product, and their
preferences regarding TV channels, FM and Press media.
 In shop Promotion can be suggested to promote the brand
and create awareness in the market by doing fliers, Stickers
and posters inside the shop.
Outdoor Activity
 Out door activity will be conducted in Police Umbrella,

Road shows, Bus Back Panel etc to attract the people and to
inform about the product services.
 In outdoor activity we should promote the brand of the
company and to reach the general public informing about
the product.

Shop & Market Activities  Our ad inn will conduct shop & market activity in weekly twice.  The separate stall will be prepared either like Aluminum octernum stall, Shamiana stall or Metal Sheets based upon the client requirement.  Stall will be manned by one promoter who will interact with the visitors to the stall.  Promoter at the stall will distribute a coupon to the consumer having the name of the dealers and the outlets where he can use the coupon. This coupon can carry a free offer for studs for every 1 liter sastha oil purchase.

Door to Door Activity  The target of this door to door activity is to cover 1,50,000 homes.  In each home our female promoter will interact with the girls or ladies & distribute the handbill to know what product they use often.  This handbill will carry the information about the product and the offer. It should be attractive and at the same time make the consumer to do the purchase decision.
  • 6. Printing Items  It refers to the printing the product name, logo on Handbill, Bag, Cap, Coat, Standee and Tata ace vehicle.  This helps to gather the attention of the general public and create an awareness about the product .  These materials will be handled only by our promoters.

Indoor Activities  Indoor activities is mainly focused to educate the product to the general public via FM, TV, Press media.  Ad inn will do the survey among the peoples to know the repeat purchase of the particular product, and their preferences regarding TV channels, FM and Press media.  In shop Promotion can be suggested to promote the brand and create awareness in the market by doing fliers, Stickers and posters inside the shop.

Outdoor Activity  Out door activity will be conducted in Police Umbrella, Road shows, Bus Back Panel etc to attract the people and to inform about the product services.  In outdoor activity we should promote the brand of the company and to reach the general public informing about the product.
