WORK EXPERIENCE
ESW1:
Serco - Rogers, AR - November 2013 to Present
Responsibilities:
• Phone Support-
1. Making outbound calls to the consumers of the Health Insurance Marketplace about
either, needing Documents to clear an inconsistency.
2. Making curtesy calls to let the consumer know they have a certain amount of time to
get documents to the marketplace, or to ask the consumer to change or update there
mailing address.
• Person Association-
◦ Consumer mail or upload important documentation. These documents are then
uploaded to our system where we map the documents to the consumer's inconsistency
or stored for the consumer if an inconsistency may arise.
• Verification-
◦ Analyze documents against government approved examples to make sure the
documents received will clear consumers issue.
• Data Entry-
1. Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in
specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
2. Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
3. Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
4. Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
5. Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
6. Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
7. Select materials needed to complete work assignments.
8. Load machines with required input or output media such as paper, cards, disks, tape or Braille
media.
9. Resolve garbled or indecipherable messages, using cryptographic procedures and equipment.
Not only do I do phone support but I am trained to verify annual income, citizenship, and
immigration.
Accomplishments:
Been there since the start of the companies wave 2 (second shift). Moved to days. Help train
supervisor and management personnel, including my own. Acknowledge by CMS for going above
and beyond. Put in many focus groups to improve quality of work.
Skills Used
Computer, phone, reading, data analysis, Doc triage, Microsoft Office, and Data Entry.
