The Behavior Analysis Training System (BATS) is comprised of 11 subsystems that fulfill different functions within the program. Each subsystem is managed by graduate students and includes undergraduate assistants. As a first year graduate student, responsibilities include learning the subsystem, finding and solving problems, and supervising undergraduates. The subsystems presented include BATS management, the behavioral research supervisory system, the project performance management system, pre-practicum, intermediate and advanced practicum systems, the Kalamazoo Autism Center system, the language facilitation training system, self-management, GRE preparation, and the vocal verbal behavior system.
