This document provides instructions for sending 500 calendar invites in 3 minutes using the VIPLST workflow in Calendarsnack. It involves: 1) Creating an event in Calendarsnack and copying the event ID. 2) Pasting the event ID into a spreadsheet with two columns for the ID and email addresses. 3) Attaching the spreadsheet to an email and sending it to a Calendarsnack bulk address, which will send calendar invites to all the emails listed within 2 minutes. An email notification and reporting are then available to track delivery.
