Calendarsnack Power Bar Edition
We include the codes for Email Templates, Landing Pages, Embed Webforms and Bulk Calendar invitations
that SEND a calendar invite to your customers calendar client in each calendarsnack that you generate.
We then collect the RSVP’s from your customers calendar clients as your single event is promoted across the
channels of email and web options in a reporting console.
We track the event for you like a calendar server would. So, when a calendar invite is sent from the
calendarsnack service we communicate with your customers calendar client. So that means we track the
calendar receipt requests for Yes, Maybe and No responses as your customers interact with the calendar
client for the event across mobile and desktop calendar clients.
The CANCEL Function is working. So, if you cancel the calendar event that you created using the
create@calendarsnack.com on your mobile or desktop calendar client, your customers will receive a CANCEL
notification to their calendar clients if they have RSVP’d to your event and you need to CANCEL as the
organizer. That is tracked in the Reporting Now.

Create a Calendarsnack
To generate a Calendarsnack, all you have to do is copy us on your calendar by using the create@calendarsnack.com
address. We then send you an email with the instructions and a button to click to get your individual calendarsnack
console for single event sending and reports. The Calendarsnack will land into the Powerbar Console.
Powerbar Overview
In the Card View (1), and in the List View (2), you get detailed information about your individual events you have created
by dropping them off at create@calendarsnack.com. Those individual events are stored in our database and can be seen
the Powerbar console. In the Card or List View, you can click into the individual calendar events and use them in the
Calendarsnack mode mode to grab the codes for RSVP Buttons, Landing Pages, Webform Embeds and Direct Send.
The Powerbar product sits on top of the CalendarSnack. It collects all the calendar events, tracks all the calendar receipts
from the individual calendar clients for RSVP Reporting, and provides all the events data for the organizer.

(14) This is the REVIEW and TEST Panel in the FREE Calendarsnack. We got to it in one click from the Powerbar LIST View
on the left side of the page and then dropped into the REVIEW and TEST Page on the right side.
(15) As you scroll down the REVIEW and TEST, you will see an EMAIL TEST Box and SEND TEST INVITE button. You can
use this to SEND a Calendar Invite to anyone for Testing prior to doing the final SEND. We track the Calendar Invites
SENT in the Reporting Panel as TEST using this option.

(16) When you are in the Single Event SEND panel in Powerbar for Email Providers, you will see the Additional SEND
options over the FREE CalendarSnack. MailChimp, Convert Kit, Klaviyo and SendGrid are located in here for the Grab n
GO codes for the CTA button. When you use these in the various email marketing platforms we track those in the
SOURCE portion of Count Reporting button.
(17) – In the Powerbar panel on the left is the example of grabbing the RSVP button code and inserting in MailChimp
Template in (18). This takes just a few minutes. The workflow is the same for the other email marketing vendors.

RSVP Button Workflow
(19) - When the button for RSVP clicked in the Mailchimp template the browser goes to a (20a)- prebuilt landing page
that explains that there is a calendar invite on the way to that person’s email address. (20B) - In the background we
send the calendar invitation that requests a calendar receipt. Because we follow the specification, this enable the
customers calendar client to respond back in the interface. This works across all Google and Outlook clients. (21)- All
responses get counted in the Reporting Panel.

(21)- In the SEND event landing pages, we offer 4 prebuilt options in Powerbar. These are prebuilt URLS for your event.
All you have to do is copy the code, embed them in an email, or social media and you have a personalized Landing page
for your event. We track the responses from the Calendar Client and track them as you can see of the left.

(24) – In the SEND Web Form option, we provide 2 options under Powerbar. An Email Input box for that event in modal
form for embed. This gives you an opportunity to build some HTML around the modal box, or in the second option there
is a prebuilt data card with the email box and seen in (25). We track the specifics of Web Embed Option as seen in (26).

BULK RSVP
Sending of email list for a direct calendar invite is a paid for option. You have the ability to demo it in every Free
Calendarsnack by following the instructions. We track Bulk list sending, so once you start using it, we will send you an
acknowledgement and will send you to the Paywall for option to purchase a license after the trial.

(31) – Details for preparing the .CSV BULK file. Two fields at the top of your spreadsheet file must be present as you can
see here. UID and EMAIL in the spreadsheet. Paste the UID down the cells. Add the email addresses to the UID you want
to send to. You can actually SEND to different UID’s using BULK in the spreadsheet if your want. Pretty Cool. Example –
You could load up X number of UID’s and the matching email addresses you want the Calendar Invites to go to in one
batch.
(32) – To launch your Direct Calendar Invite run for your event or events using one or multiple UIDS, just send the
completed .CSV file as an attachment in email to bulk@calendarsnack.com. You will receive a notification email from us
that we received the file and are processing. You can go to your Free Calendarsnack via Powerbar console, or directly
from your email, or saved URL for that event. In the COUNT reporting button, your will find the tracking of the BULK
event in there.
Preparing the Bulk .CSV File .CSV FILE

address’s. The column headers must be labeled UID
and EMAIL for the event ID and the email address’s.
Save as a .CSV file prior to attaching to your email

You can assign different UID’s to the email address’s if
you want to use one list to send to different events

We are working on the CHANGE/UPDATE function. That means the event you created on your calendar client with the
CREATE@CALENDARSNACK.COM function, you will be able to CHANGE/UPDATE the event.
Including CHANGE the ADDRESS, or CHANGE the Calendar MESSAGE Body, or CHANGE the TIME/DATE. Each of these
are separate challenges, however we have them working in development. In addition to all of this, we are working on
attachment support to the Calendar Client. Delivery 2021.
