This document discusses creating self-organizing teams using an inclusive wellness framework. A self-organizing team finds its own work and manages responsibilities without a manager assigning tasks. As a leader, your role is to enable and shape the self-organizing team culture. Applying an inclusive wellness framework makes a huge difference in outcomes. The framework focuses on effective mental hygiene practices and individual/group mental health to enhance outcomes and lay a strong foundation for self-organizing teams. The document proposes adopting this framework using a 3A's model of change - educating teams on the approach through awareness sessions, allowing acknowledgment of its benefits, and taking interested teams through 5 weeks of adoption exercises.
