• Self Image is the foundation of our Achievements and Accomplishments
• Self Talk principally maintains our Self Image in the current status quo
• Present thoughts determine our future because we are attracted to what we visualize today
• It is possible to Self Regulate beyond our current comfort zone and achieve comfort at a higher
level of success
• All the elements of our Self Image are imprinted through vividness, strong emotion and repetition
• Positive, affirming and constructive Self Talk is essential, not optional, for the realization of our
Potential
• Intentional affirmations are deliberate controls in Self Talk; utilized to support and imprint an
accurate Self Image
• Creativity and Drive are released as we stimulate the Aspiration Appetite within ourselves; the
answer will come
• Motivation lies in "choosing to do", not in "having to do"; place trust in Mastery, Autonomy and
Purpose
• We all have blind spots, our own awareness of everything is controlled by our RAS; knowing this
we can control it.
