Because we can evaluate the business plan which is not still execute. If we execute the business
plan which is not evaluated and the business plan is harebraine
d, we have the possibility of suffering the extensive damage. In addition, we ca
n facilitate the change in the plan if some problems happen in the plan. For example, delay in
the plan, decrease of profit, decrease of needs etc. Because a feasibility report is so important in
  technical communication.

  B.
First major point is technology and system feasibility. The assessment is based
on an outline design of system requirements in terms of Input, Processes, Output
, Fields, Programs, and Procedures. Second major point is economic feasibility.
Economic analysis is the most frequently used method for evaluating the effectiveness of a new
system. Third major point is legal feasibility. legal feasibility
is to determine whether the proposed system conflicts with legal requirements,
a data processing system must comply with the local Data Protection Acts. Fourth
major point is operational feasibility. operational feasibility is a measure of
how well a proposed system solves the problems, and takes advantage of the opportunities
identified during scope definition. Fifth major point is schedule feasibility. a project will fail if
it takes too long to be completed before it is useful. Because evaluating to complete it for the
  scheduled period is important.

  C.
First reason is to be enable to neatly evaluate the system.
Because it is not possible to sell it as a commodity if the system has the problem.
Second reason is to confirm how much profit can be obtained.
Third reason is to confirm whether project is a juridical problem.
Fourth reason is to confirm whether there is operating problem.
Fifth reason is to confirm whether there is scheduled problem.
Because a project will fail if it takes too long to be completed before it is useful.

  D.
A business situation where a feasibility study is necessary is Early phase and middle phase of
plan. In early phase of plan, we have to carefully evaluate technology and system feasibility,
  economic feasibility, legal feasibility.
Because the project can not be begun if there is a problem in these evaluations.
Especially, it is necessary to take care about the legal problem.
In middle phase of plan, we have to carefully evaluate economic feasibility, operational
  feasibility and schedule feasibility.
Because we need to change the project if there is a problem in these evaluations.
Especially, it is necessary to take care about the economic and schedule problem.

When I suggest business plan in a company,I use a feasibility report to harden the ground of the
plan.
The plan only for ideals having no information does not attract.
If I cleared most of these feasibility,I want to suggest the plan to the company.

And if I got the help of the company,I try to clear remaining feasibility.

B.

1;It is used most to evaluate a new system.
2;Correspondence turns big by a result of having compared an expence with profit.
Next,Technology feasibility.
3;It is necessary to estimate whether a new system functions.
4;From the staff and technical knowledge, does the company have power to be realized?
Next,Law feasibility.
5;If a suggested plan is illegal, there is not a meaning.
Next,Plan feasibility
6;I fail in the plan if I take too much time to realize a plan.
7;I judge whether I take that time for the plan, and it is necessary to decide whether I do it.
Next,Market feasibility.
8;I decide place in accord with a plan, and it is important that I investigate it.
9;I consider importance of the business in the place.
Finally,Assets feasibility.
10;Can I prepare for necessary resources, and all that?

C.
1;Analysis of the profit that is arrived at by a development cost, an operating
cost and a system.
2;The analysis of a necessary condition condition of the system development.
3;Does not the result of the project collide with surroundings?
4;How much power does the company have?
5;How much resources can I secure?

D.
1;Feasibility.
Can the plan be really realized?
What is necessary for it?
2;Analysis.
I guess an object what it can do from existing data.
3;A feasibility study.
I judge that a degree of difficulty of the work is suggested.
4;Value.
Does the project deserve it if carried out?
5;Judgment.
There is many opportunity to decide by a process to push forward a plan.
