Johan Mouraux is an experienced project finance partner at DLA Piper, based in Brussels. Johan has many years' of
experience in infrastructure and energy project finance transactions, acting for authorities, sponsors, contractors
and lenders. He has worked on virtually every single large PPP project in the Belgian market and has extensive foreign
experience advising on infrastructure and other projects. Johan has closed the first DBFM project in Belgium and was
also the leading counsel on the financing side in the closing of the € 1.5 billion Flemish Schools Project, the largest
ever education infrastructure PPP project in Europe. Johan is very experienced in most infrastructure asset classes
such as roads, heavy and light rail, prisons, schools, sports infrastructure, port infrastructure, and others, as well as
