social media listening
SMi Training Presents…
11th July 2013, Central London
Overview:
A half day workshop designed to consider how social media

about what is being said about us through social media, and

illustrate some of the issues, and offer advice on how to use
social media to our advantage.

experience of using social media as an effective component in
a project communications strategy.
