The TEMI project aims to train and support teachers to transform science and mathematics classroom practices through inquiry-based teaching methods. The project involves 13 partners across 11 European countries and runs from February 2013 to July 2016. The key concept of TEMI is to use "mysteries" - phenomena that provoke curiosity and questions in students - within the 5E instructional model to gradually release responsibility for learning from teachers to students and enhance learning through showmanship.
