Seeds come in a variety of shapes, sizes, colors, and patterns. Some seeds can be eaten, while others have certain conditions that must be met before they will germinate. Seeds differ in size, from small to large, and in shape, such as oval beans versus triangular corn. Their colors range from red to yellow to black, and their patterns include lines, bumps, and cracks.

sizes. There’s small, medium, large,
sizes. If you compare a bean seed to
a sunflower seed the bean seed will
be a different size(it would be
bigger)

All of the seeds come in different
shapes. If you compare a bean seed to
a corn seed they would be very
different. The bean seed is oval
shaped, and the corn seed is shaped
close to a triangle.

Seeds have many different
color’s. Some are red, yellow,
black, green, orange,ect.

7. Seed patterns...
All seeds have different
patterns. some have lines
that go all around the seed,
smooth strokes, bumps,
cracks, and so on.
