4. Hypothesis
If we plant with gravel will grow because gravel is like
sand with newspaper it would be more different
because it would need different condition with sand it
would be different because is too thick and soil it good
in all side because its soil and it help plants.

5. Variables
Independent Variable (doesn’t change in
experiment)
Environment (temperature/light), water, bean seed
Dependent Variable (result that changes in
experiment, usually what we are testing)
Direction of plant growth

6. Experiment
To test our hypothesis we experiment how plants
would germinate in these materials sand ,gravel,
soil,and newspaper. We planted seeds in each
material then observe them for one week.

9. Conolision
When we planted bean seeds we were able to conclude
that soil was going to germinate first than the other
ones.The other ones were going to germinate less rate.
