This document summarizes an eTwinning project involving teachers and students from Şcoala Generală Nr.9 ,,Nicolae Orghidan”, Braşov, Romania. The project is based on Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences and aims to exchange information about the children's living places. It involves 3 teachers and 52 students aged 8-9 years old. The teachers work as a team, with each taking on different roles according to their interests and skills. They collaborate to complete tasks and achieve the project's goals. Working as a team provides advantages like making the work more motivating and achieving knowledge, but can also lead to disadvantages like clashing personalities or lack of communication if not managed
