Frequent absences of
pupils
Pupils face challenges related to poor nutrition
as well as the responsibility of caring for their
siblings due to their parents' work commitments.
Low scores in numeracy/
unable to master
fundamental operations
The learners demonstrate a lack of interest in
the lessons, which lead to poor performance
and low scores.
Out of 727 pupils from grades 2 to 6, 12 (2% ) were not proficient in Math
and will need further intervention. Based on the Mid-test results, we
observed a decrease of 1% compared to the Pre-test, with 3% of pupils
classified as not proficient.

The school head allocate dedicated time for the purpose of conducting
classroom observations.

A significant portion of our MOOE allocation is spent on monthly utility bills.
For the current calendar year, the payment of monthly utility bills will be sourced from the
school's Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE). Unfortunately, the Special
Education Fund (SEF) support for utility bills at Kalibo Elementary School has significantly
decreased. As a result, this reduction in funding will have a direct impact on fulfilling other
essential teachers/learners/school needs.

Low scores in numeracy/ unable to master fundamental operations The learners demonstrate a lack of interest in the lessons, which lead to poor performance and low scores. Out of 727 pupils from grades 2 to 6, 12 (2% ) were not proficient in Math and will need further intervention. Based on the Mid-test results, we observed a decrease of 1% compared to the Pre-test, with 3% of pupils classified as not proficient.

Unfortunately, the Special Education Fund (SEF) support for utility bills at Kalibo Elementary School has significantly decreased. As a result, this reduction in funding will have a direct impact on fulfilling other essential teachers/learners/school needs.
