The central government lead by the Shri Narendra Modi has become quite famous for launching a number of social welfare schemes throughout the country within a short span of time. Here we would focus on top famous schemes that Narendra Modi government has launched since 2014 to till date.
The jan dhan Yojna, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Housing For All, Gas Connections for the rural, schemes in education, MSMEs, GST, demonetisation, etc are some of the key eye- catching changes and innovations during these past years.
Large parts of rural areas in India are not stand-alone settlements but part of a cluster of settlements, which are relatively proximate to each other. These clusters typically illustrate potential for growth, have economic drivers and derive locational and competitive advantages. Hence, making a case for concerted policy directives for such clusters. These clusters once developed can then be classified as 'Rurban'. Hence taking cognizance of this, the Government of India, has proposed the Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission (SPMRM), aimed at developing such rural areas by provisioning of economic, social and physical infrastructure facilities.

The Modi government took charge at the Centre with a promise to bring about many changes in terms of governance. This created a wave of excitement among the people.
The Narendra Modi government has put together an elaborate economic reforms package in sync with the party’s election manifesto.
A "king among kings" is how Anil Ambani, one of India's leading industrialists, described Narendra Modi in January last year, long before the latter entered the race to become the country's next prime minister. After winning the Indian election comprehensively, the business community here is waiting with its arms wide open to embrace Mr Modi. They hope he will be their saviour at a time when the economic growth rate is flagging, investments are dwindling and consumer demand is dropping.

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley presented the Union Budget for 2016-17 and reaffirmed that the economy is on the right track. The budget is aimed at strengthening India's firewalls by ensuring macroeconomic stability and prudent fiscal management; driving growth through domestic demand; and economic reforms and policy initiatives to change lives for the better. With measured focus on social sector reforms and recapitalising India's banking system, this Budget has an overarching focus on improving agriculture, and scaling infrastructure, all of which bode well for the country. The government is now planning to rationalise and channel subsidies to the poor by increasing the burden on the rich, and by increasing spending on public welfare through its own kitty.
Mr. Jaitley said the Union Budget is aimed at improving rural infrastructure and increasing rural income, as the biggest challenge to the economy is agrarian distress. Applauding the budget presented by the Finance Minister, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the Budget is pro-village, pro-poor and pro–farmers, and is focused on bringing about qualitative changes in the country through a slew of time-bound programmes.
The attached note captures key highlights and summarises major announcements in the Budget.

If you are tense for some reason, know that you are caught in the rut of unconsciousness. A spiritual seeker should wake up and relax. How can you relax till the situations change? Situations change only when you relax, look up, look within, and take refuge in the Mantra and repeat it with Love and trust in its infinite power to clear the fog of your mind and it Works!!
Each religion has its own powerful sounds that evoke the God in us. God is light. When you evoke the Light, dark forces that conspire sitting in your own mind cannot work. Unconsciousness creates the ground for the negative forces to work, and negative forces are dark, they are effective in darkness, they cannot tolerate light, can’t survive in light, so they always look for opportunities when we are off guard, a little slip from the state of consciousness and you are enveloped with dark forces!
They are not waiting outside of you to enter, they are right there inside of you in the subconscious layers of mind and till you have cleansed and purified your subconscious, they are with you like your own shadow.
Fear, anger, anxiety, tension, they are not only enemies; they are also the forces which create opportunities for all of us to rise to our Divine inheritance. If you have not gone through pain and bondage why should you ever try to rise or work to overcome them and transcend them?
Mantra is the mystic power, the tool for us to work with, the non-violent weapon to transform the diabolic forces into Divine Light and Love. Every faith tradition that has created enlightened Masters, have all used it, it is the Word, it is the Sound, and it is the primordial essence of all that is.
Never curse your negative weaknesses it only empowers them, they are mere reminders of your challenges of life. They are there, for you are born to work with them, through them, Beyond them. Yes, Mantra will do that miracle you are waiting to see in life!!

Russian anarchist and anti-war movement in the third year of full-scale warAntti Rautiainen
Anarchist group ANA Regensburg hosted my online-presentation on 16th of May 2024, in which I discussed tactics of anti-war activism in Russia, and reasons why the anti-war movement has not been able to make an impact to change the course of events yet. Cases of anarchists repressed for anti-war activities are presented, as well as strategies of support for political prisoners, and modest successes in supporting their struggles.

Narendra Modi took charge of the Government
of India.
Since the time he has taken office, certain
important decisions have been taken by
the Cabinet.
Just as the year 2014 has been ended, let us try
to recollect the important programmes and
projects that our new Government
announced during the year for the
development and welfare of the country.
5. On August 21, 2014, the “Digital India” campaign was
launched.
The idea is to change India into an electronically
empowered economy.
According to this programme, the Government of India
wants all Government departments and the people of India
to connect with each other digitally or electronically, so that
there is effective governance.
It also aims at reducing paperwork by making all the
Government services available to the people electronically.
There is also a plan to connect all villages and rural areas
through internet network
he Government plans to complete this project in five years.
That is, by 2019, the Digital India project is expected to be
fully functional.
6. On August 28, 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi
launched the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana.
This scheme was announced when he gave his first
Independence Day speech on August 15 , 2014.
This is a prestigious financial inclusion programme. On
the very first day of the launch of the programme, 15
million bank accounts were opened and each of the
account holders was given Rs 1,00,000 insurance cover.

and around Rs 1,500 crore were deposited.
According to the yojana, anyone can open new bank
accounts with zero balance too.
7. On 24 September 2014, Prime Minister approved the
Swachh Bharat campaign, which was a modification of
the Nirmal Bharat Programme, launched by the
previous Government.
The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan was launched formally
on October 2, 2014, the birth anniversary of Mahatma
Gandhi.
The objective is to make India a clean India by 2019, the
150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.

all rural and remote areas, to create public awareness
of cleanliness, to clean roads, streets, encroachments
and make India one of the cleanest countries of the
world.
8. Make in India is an initiative of
the Government of India to
encourage multinational, as well as domestic,
companies to manufacture their products
in India.
It was launched by Prime Minister Narendra
Modi on 25 September 2014.
India would emerge, after initiation of the
program in 2015, as the top destination globally
for foreign direct investment,
surpassing China as well as the United States
9. On October 11, 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi
launched the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana.
According to this yojana, each MP will take the
responsibility of developing three villages by 2019.

been formulated by the Department of Rural

will provide Rs 100 crore per city per year over the
next five years.
11. Under the OROP scheme the government said it would
revise pension every five years where the veterans
protested and demanded that it should be revised
every two years.
The government announced that OROP will be
implemented from July 1, 2014 and the base year
would be 2013 but the ex-servicemen objected and said
it should nbe implemented from April 1, 2014 instead
of July 1.
The veterans even demanded that every person in the
army should be a benefiaciary under the OROP

out of these campaigns and initiatives would
be the time when we can say that we have seen
a positive change in the governance.
