3. Constitution of Poland on the Civil
Service:
Art.153.
1. Civil service corps shall operate in the organs of
government administration in order to ensure a professional,
diligent, impartial and politically neutral discharge of the
State's obligations.
2. The Prime Minister shall be the superior of such civil
service corps.

Civil Service organised by the National School of Public
Administration in Poland (KSAP)
- after graduating the National School of Public Administration
