1. Project title- ‘Perception of consumers on Luxuries Goods consumption’ (April- 2015)
Detail- The aim of the Project was to identify the major reasons of the consumption of luxuries
goods like branded clothing, watches, electronics, automobiles etc. The results of the study help to
identify key strategies to design the marketing mix of the luxury goods.
2. Project title - ‘A Study of HR activities’ in Heavy Engineering Corporation Ranchi. (May-
2014)
Detail- The study included all the major areas of HR like Recruitment, Selection, Training &
Development, Performance Appraisal, Welfare etc. The results of the project was taken as the
suggestive measures in the Annual general Body meeting of HEC to introduce new concepts like
Performance related pay, E-Payroll, Flextime system.
3. Project title – ‘Various sales promotion tools and its effect on customer purchase
Decision’.
Detail- The aim of the project is to identify various sales promotional tools like, discount, exchange
offer, coupons, etc effect on customer purchase decision.
