This document provides instructions for configuring SAP Solution Manager to support multiple customer numbers. It describes two methods: 1) Using a single OSS user assigned to a Customer Competence Center to support multiple customers, and 2) Creating multiple OSS users in Solution Manager, which requires generating new RFC destinations for each customer number and assigning the correct customer number and OSS user during system synchronization. The key steps are creating the RFC destinations, checking the connections, assigning customer numbers in AISUSER, and synchronizing system data with the Service Marketplace using the program AI_SDK_CF_GET_SYSD_VAR_CUST.
