Responsibilities :-
 Understand the scope of project as well as customer requirement very well and get clarification from
technical team of customer if any queries are there
 Prepare the costing sheet of Electrical control panels such as MCC, PCC panels by reference of
technical specification and Single line drawing or load list as per client requirements and IEC
standard as following structure
i) Material costing ( selection of Switchgear CB, control accessories cost)
ii) Bus bar& wiring costing
iii) Enclosure costing
 Prepare the final offer sheet and submit to customer.
 Follow up with customer forstatus of quote and any technical revision.
 Design the GA, Schematic and control wiring drawing by Auto CAD based on the Form of separation
(FORM 2b or 4b) and Ingress Protection (IP) rating and get approval from customer to start the
execution.
 Planning the schedule of the project forexecution once get the approvalfrom customer
 Alert Purchase & Execution teamand send them all relevant documents i.e. BOM, drawing
 Monitoring all performance and actual Progress against the schedule and issuing Alert for delays
concerned in the Execution team( from fabrication to Testing) and invite customer for FAT(Testing)
 Get approvalin FAT documents and fordispatch the panel
 Maintain all the switchgear and required materials price list forall kind of makes from market.
 Prepare final as built drawing and final documentation work
