Product Knowledge

All orders under 24 pairs will be charged a $35 setup fee*
Please take not of the price charts discounts based on Qty. and Free shipping on orders
over 100 pairs.
Embroidery
• We offer embroidery to all teams who are
looking for Initials or Jersey numbers.
• Limited to 4 Characters.
• The Thread color will be matched to the
Stripe.
• Examples:
Logo
• Standard Logo placement is on both sides of
the Calf but Can be adjusted to Front, Outside
Only or Back in place of the Large bar in the
Stripe.

Section 2
Lead Acquisition-
For you as an independent sales rep you will be responsible for
acquiring your own leads through our approved methods of
Cold Calling and Emailing.
Cold Calling
• For cold calling your goal will be 60 per day
this number is set at a relaxed pace for 2.5-3
hours. You will find this to be more then
obtainable and keep in mind More calls More
leads and in the beginning you will need to
dedicate all your time to gathering your first
leads. For cold calling you will be gathering
your numbers as you go or you can List build
and then call down a list that is your decision.
Emailing
• for the Email you will be given a sales
template Email which you can send to
Coaches who do not have a listed Phone
number on there website We will start you
out with an email Blast to jump start your
Leads.
Section 3
First Contact-
Please keep in mind that the initial cold call may not be the "First Contact" because
not every one is ready to speak when you call them so this may be put off into a
scheduled phone conference later in the week.
Gathering Data
• During the First contact whether it be a cold call or Responding to an inbox lead you will need
to Accomplish the Following
Gather Leads Contact info:
• Name
• Team/Company
• Title
• Email address
• Phone #
• *****Shipping Address For Sample if Requested*****
This is not something you should actively ask them for you should be taking notes and noting all
the things they mention and then at the end Ask for an Email address to send a Follow up Email
Also be Sure to offer A visual mock up and If Requested a Sample pair
Mock Up
• To have a Mock up made you will Need to
Request a Base/Stripe Color and a Logo from
the Lead and Send a Mock up Request To our
Graphic Designer

This Mock Up is described
as Navy/Gray 5 point star
Logo w/ Cowboys in top

Sample
• To have a sample sent out you will need to
request a Shipping address from the Lead and
Forward that and any Specifics about the
sample to
Email: Samples@Customelitesocks.com
Samples take about 3-4 business days from the
date you placed the order
Post Call
• After you hang up with a Lead you will add them
into your Base CRM Account as a "Contact" if you
gathered enough info to consider them a Deal
you can ad them into your Base CRM account as a
"Deal”
• If some one is a Contact you should Be sending
them a Mock Up and awaiting response if they
decide they want to move forward on the first
call you add them into Base as a "Deal" and Enter
all the Required information.
Section 4
Moving Forward
Quote
• once they Give you Numbers to Work with
and you've discussed all you need to
throughout the course of multiple emails/calls
you will Move them to Quote Stage at which
point you will Create them a quote In
QuoteBase and await there response.
Invoiced
When there Organization approves the Quote and Decides to Place an
Order you will Forward there Quote and Contact information from
Base to:
Chief Financial Officer Email:
Payments@customelitesocks.com
At this point you will also forward your Order Form to:
Chief Operations Officer Email:
Orders@customelitesocks.com
At this point this Deal will be invoiced and we will Await Payment.
Once Payment is received the order will be placed with our
Manufacturer
Open
• Once your order has been Shipped you will be
updated through Base CRM of the Tracking
info which you will forward onto the customer
you will also take note of the estimated arrival
and plan a follow up call the day after its
estimated arrival in you Base Crm Tasks.
Closure
At this point you will submit a follow up Form
and place the deal in "Won”.
Good Job!
Sales Strategies
Now back to your First Contact you will use the Script to spark interest
in all calls but once the script runs out and the person decides that
they want to hear more about what exactly it is that you are offering
you will begin to Use the Customelite Sales strategies to get them
ready to buy.

Post Call • After you hang up with a Lead you will add them into your Base CRM Account as a "Contact" if you gathered enough info to consider them a Deal you can ad them into your Base CRM account as a "Deal” • If some one is a Contact you should Be sending them a Mock Up and awaiting response if they decide they want to move forward on the first call you add them into Base as a "Deal" and Enter all the Required information.
  • 16. Quote • once they Give you Numbers to Work with and you've discussed all you need to throughout the course of multiple emails/calls you will Move them to Quote Stage at which point you will Create them a quote In QuoteBase and await there response.

Invoiced When there Organization approves the Quote and Decides to Place an Order you will Forward there Quote and Contact information from Base to: Chief Financial Officer Email: Payments@customelitesocks.com At this point you will also forward your Order Form to: Chief Operations Officer Email: Orders@customelitesocks.com At this point this Deal will be invoiced and we will Await Payment. Once Payment is received the order will be placed with our Manufacturer
  • 18. Open • Once your order has been Shipped you will be updated through Base CRM of the Tracking info which you will forward onto the customer you will also take note of the estimated arrival and plan a follow up call the day after its estimated arrival in you Base Crm Tasks.
  • 19. Closure At this point you will submit a follow up Form and place the deal in "Won”. Good Job!
