1. Christian Care Senior Living Community is looking for a dynamic Sales
Counselor to market and sell the Retirement Living Apartments at our
Mesquite campus. The areas to sell include our high-rise upscale Entry
Fee community, with all-inclusive amenities, dining and remodeled
apartments.
Responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating and initiating all sales related functions.
2. Receive and make telephone calls, answer inquiries, provide
information and schedule appointments with prospective
residents/families.
3. Complete and record all activity into the leads data base that
provides a comprehensive history of each prospect.
4. Provide necessary follow-up in a prompt and consistent manner.
5. Assist in all marketing activities that are coordinated to bring
prospects to the campus.
6. Conduct presentations/tours of the model apartments.
7. Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends and
conduct competitive analysis and marketing plans.
8. Contribute creative and strategic ideas to the Executive Director
for marketing the community and improving resident satisfaction.
9. Help ensure the community is in its peak readiness and
appearance, taking immediate action on unsatisfactory
appearance problems.
