and in order to accomplish
this goal, it is essential that
you are familiar with our
emergency procedures in
order to respond
appropriately during an
emergency.

3. In the event of an emergency and if we are
required to evacuate the building, there are two
nearest emergency exits out of the building from
this floor which are;
1) From this floor, you can exit out of the
building through the main entrance.
2) From the floor on the left,
you can exit out of the building through
the staff entrance at the loading bay area.
The emergency staircase is located next to the
lift landing .

6. When you hear the first alarm, please remain alert
and prepare yourself for any possible evacuation.

When you hear the second continuous alarm followed
by an announcement on
the public address system,
please leave the floor immediately

Using the exit door which is nearest to you and
proceed to the nearest emergency exits which is
located on the left and right of the floor
which I have mentioned earlier.

7. Our Fire Wardens will direct you to the
assembly area which is located in front of the
hotel near Jalan Conlay.
Please do not use the lifts, try to re-enter the
building or go down to the car park,
until instructed it is safe to do so.
