Vandana Sinha
VP and Senior Transformation Consultant
In her 22 years of professional experience where she has led several complex, multi-year
transformation programs for Fortune 100 customers in Europe and US in the Retail, Manufacturing
and Retail Banking domain.
She has also led the TCS Agile Initiative which is one of the 5 CEO strategic initiates for execution
excellence in TCS. In this role, she was responsible for transforming TCS to help bring agility to the
TCS operations and its customer business. As a part of this role, she has coached and mentored
several Agile programs across all dimensions – product management, leadership, facilitation and
team development.
She is an electrical engineer by qualification and holds an Executive Management degree from the
Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
She is passionate about bringing about change in teams and organizations through a people-focused
approach to Organization Development. She is a firm believer in the power of individuals and teams
and passionate about inspiring people to bring about positive change in their professional and
personal lives.
She continues to get inspired by her personal life that revolves around her spouse, 2 sons and 2 dogs.
