Summary

Trainer. As a Master Trainer, I facilitate leadership training and have responsibility to develop

learning/training to ensure all Greenville Engine Center employees have the knowledge and
skills necessary to build and support a quality mid-range product.
Managed mentoring and career counseling program for 600 employees at the Greenville
Engine Center.
Coordinated development of training for 2007 new product (ACERT engines) for
Greenville Engine Center.
Developed and implemented a comprehensive training strategy for the Greenville Engine
